Q: What is the status of my order?
A: To track your order status, please visit the order confirmation page sent to your email or phone after checkout.
Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: Our products are meticulously handmade, ensuring quality and uniqueness, most orders take 15 to 35 business days to arrive.
Q: What happens if the item I ordered is back-ordered?
A: If any of your items are on backorder, they will be shipped as soon as they are restocked. We will inform you of any delays either by email or mail.
Q: Is the product price including tax?
A: You don't need to pay any extra taxes.
Q: Which locations cannot be delivered?
A: We cannot deliver to the following locations:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO Addresses
- Hawaii / Alaska
- Puerto Rico
- Military District
- Virgin Islands
- Guam
- Addresses outside the continental U.S.
RETURNS
Q: How do I request a return or replacement?
A: To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 30 days of delivery in the original packaging. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
Q: What is the status of my refund?
A: Upon receiving your returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment method.
Q: How do I cancel or change my order?
A: To make changes or cancel your order, simply reply to the order confirmation email or send an email to service@yowos.com.
Q: Is there a restocking fee or return shipping charge?
A: We do not apply any restocking fees or return shipping charges.
